I'm Ashley. But please please please call me Ash. I'm new to this journey and I figure that it's still the new year and I just had a baby it's all in good world. But anyways, here we go.. I'm learning a new habit I don't know what it is yet but I know that it has to come and come quick because I need to lose some weight.
Weigh in: (04022011) - 160 lbs.
Goal: 10-15 lbs.
I'm going to set my goal really low. I know that I want to lose 10lbs, and 15lbs will be cherry! But anyways, lets see...
My Weakness: Late night munching, Soda, and Sweets.
Exercise Goal: 400 or 500 Jumping jacks daily.
